How we are different

Aviva Investors developed a structure, that has focused on selecting a local leadership team to manage collectively all Manchester Hub properties. The team are of a quality and standard to deliver a market leading service to occupiers and their guests that enhances the experience within all of our Manchester Hub properties.

The team are motivated and supported to deliver a Hospitality service which focuses on going above and beyond the day-to-day management of the property. Most importantly, being based within Manchester City Centre enables the team to be proactive and reactive to any query, task or individual needs raised.

Since the launch of the Aviva Hub, we have outlined our ESG strategy for Manchester and are committed to delivering a Carbon NetZero building at 11 Portland St, by 2024, in addition to delivering an industry benchmark Smart Buildings Programme.

We are committed to an ambitious NetZero pathway, which includes financing the transition to a low carbon economy and climate transition focused lending.

We aim to achieve NetZero emissions by 2040 by reducing carbon emissions and energy intensity in real estate equity investments and increasing low-carbon and renewable energy generation.
